She is survived by: her children, Kenny Shifflett (Debbie), Bruce Shifflett (Lisa), Joyce A. Shifflett (Donnie), Velva Hensley (Earl) and Donna Shifflett (Keith); her son-in-law Weasel Shifflett; and her brother Dewell Meadows. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
