She is survived by: her husband Jeff Dean; her son Adam Workman (Tabitha); her grandsons, Grayson and Dustin Workman; her siblings, Phillip Workman (Debbie), Jeff Workman (Donna) and Sharon Workman Gray; and her nieces and nephews, Courtney, Liz, Samantha, Jacqueline, Kathryne, Charlie, Alex, Deana and Dustin.
