He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph M. Eppard and Cordelia Eppard Sipe Gordon; his sisters, Naomi Fillmore and Clara Brecht; and his son Neil LaFan Eppard.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Eppard; his half-brother James Eppard (Valorie); his sons, Darryl K. Eppard (Tanya Dawn), Todd Eppard (Lisa) and Tyler Eppard (Tami); his grandchildren, Matthew Eppard (Lindsey), Derrick Eppard (Katie) and Makenna Eppard; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Eppard, Lennon Eppard and Elsie Mae Eppard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
