He is survived by: his children, William Keith Dorraugh of Elkton and Karen Ann Gooden (Greg Gooden) of Grottoes; his grandchildren, Abby Dorraugh of Thomasville and Joshua Gooden (Serena Palmer) of Charlottesville, Virginia; and his sisters, Peggy Raines of Grottoes and Joyce Good of Elkton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
