He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Meadows and Kathleen Meadows; his sister Wilma Lee Hammer; and his grandson Shawn Lam. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lam Meadows; his daughters, Anita K. Hensley, Tammy Lam (Gary), Karen Strickler (Rick) and Sharon Secrist (Rex); his sister Wilda Williams; his grandchildren, Kevin Meadows (Melissa), Justin Secrist (Rebecca), Wesley Lam (Rebecca) and Logan Lam (Bethany); and his great grandchildren, Ambree Meadows, Colton Meadows, Bristol Secrist, Baker Secrist and Beau Secrist.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Elkton (115 Nicholson Rd, Elkton, VA 22827). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elk Run Cemetery (100 Elk Run Dr, Elkton, VA 22827).
