He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Paul "Jack" Dobscha, Jr.; and his son Mike Dobscha. He is survived by: his mother Donna Lee Walters Loyd; his wife Nileen Gail Hensley Dobscha; his children, Jacob Dobscha (Jodi) of Bridgewater, Jessica Dobscha of Broadway and Corissa Richmond of Harrisonburg; his daughter-in-law Christin Bateman of New York; his siblings, Richard Dobscha of McGaheysville and Susan Kavaky (Gary) of Southern Maryland; and his grandchildren, Rissa-Jo, Matthew, Gabriel, Lillian, Selah, Alexander, Abella, Elizabeth, Addison and Austin.
