He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Samuel and Grace Slye Baugher; his wife Patricia Lam Baugher; his siblings, Brenda Keyes and Rodney Baugher; and his granddaughter Natalie McCracken.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Baugher of New Market, Mickey Baugher (Teresa) and Debbie Sobeck (Charlie) of San Jose, CA; and his sister Vicky Hensley of Elkton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
