She is survived by: her son Michael Sipe (Cindy); her grandchildren, Becky Sipe, Dana Newell, Michael Sipe Jr. and Candace Sipe Seekford; and her great grandchildren, Patience Newell, Katherine Newell, Austin Tippett, Xavier Tippett and Bailey Tippett.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Church of Solsburg (14695 Rockingham Pike, Elkton, VA 22827).
