She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Bell (Rosson) and Irvin "Peanut" Forrest Shifflett; and her husband Richard Owen Miller. She is survived by: her siblings, Georgia (Lenny Marshall), Leann Shifflett and Forrest Shifflett (Cheryl); her brothers-in-law, Jimmy Miller and Earl Miller (Jane); her sons, Timothy Lee Miller (Rhonda) and Richard Owen Miller Jr. (Robin); her sister Bernice (Russell Meadows); her grandchildren, Lydia, Timothy II, Jacob and Shirley; her siblings-in-law, Bill (Karen Miller), Norma Miller and Joan Miller; her cousins, Sissy Lawson and Shelia Raines; her caregivers, Rebekah Taylor, Celine Hinkle of Sentara, RMH, Jillian, Sidney and Dr. Terry Overby; Gary and Kim Shifflett. She is also survived by pups, "Riley" and "Snoopy"; grand cats.
