As Terry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Terry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Terry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Trevis Palmer and Annie Mae Mitchell Lindblom; and his brother-in-law Johnnie M. Kibler. He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Faye McAlister; his siblings, Pamela Shifflett, Ruthanne Kibler and Timmy Palmer (Connie) of Elkton; and his pets, Sadie, Delilah and Cheech. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
