He is survived by: his children, Wilfred T. "Tommy" Shifflett, Jr. (Deana), Robert "Bobby" Shifflett (Sharon), Carolyn Viar (Mike) and Maryann Blair (David); his siblings, William Shifflett, Frances Moubray and Beatrice Williams; and his stepbrothers, Joseph "Joe" Shifflett and Charles "Charlie" Shifflett. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
