He was predeceased by: his father Wilson Lee Shifflett; and his sister Mary Frances Shifflett. He is survived by: his mother Loraine Meadows Shifflett of Elkton; his son Bradley Shifflett (Winter); his siblings, Kenny Shifflett (Debbie), Bruce Shifflett (Lisa), Donna Shifflett (Keith), Joyce Shifflett (Donnie) and Velva Hensley (Earl); his brother-in-law Rodney Shifflett; and his grandchildren, Hunter Shifflett (Natilee Guinn) and Gracie Shifflett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
