She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Lee Spangler; and her close friend Orville Pendry. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Spangler (Junior Dickerson) and Dennis Spangler; her daughter-in-law Vickie Spangler; her close friends, Sandy, Dale Graham, Sharon and Timothy Nuckles; her siblings, Mamie Clyde Smith, Virginia "Billy" Baker, Wave Dickerson, Ballou and Robert Ballou; her caregivers, Sally and Mildred; Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
