He was predeceased by: his parents, Gray Russell Proctor and Ora Eason Proctor; his wife Doris Braswell Proctor; his daughter Lisa Faye Proctor; and his siblings, Doris, Jean, Evelyn, Arnold, Bynum and Pete.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Troyer, Roger Dale Proctor and Thomas Wayne Proctor (Sue); and his grandchildren, Megan Renee Proctor, Arron Galen Jarratt and Caleb Christopher Troyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Hill Baptist Church (2103 Pine Log Rd, Skippers, VA 23879).
