He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis F. Allen and Cornelia Daniel Allen; and his sisters, Ruby Harvey, Beatrice Harrell and Phyllis Woodruff.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Keesee Allen; his daughters, Lisa Allen Kinsey (Buster) and Rhonda Allen Mullis; his grandchildren, Titus Kinsey, Olivia Kinsey, Collin Mullis and Emma Kinsey; his siblings, Margaret Hudson, Sherman Allen, Wesley Allen and Ray Allen; and his close friend R. H. Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 951 W. Atlantic St., Emporia, Virginia 23847.
