Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Margaret leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Pauline Guichard and Lafayette Brigham Harris; her husband Howard C. Morris; and her siblings, Grace H. Emory and Milton Sunny Harris.
She is survived by: her son John Howard Morris (Traci); her grandson William Howard "Will" Morris; and her brother Wayne L. Harris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (303 S Halifax Rd, Jarratt, VA 23867). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Aberdour Presbyterian Church Cemetery (702 Allen Rd, Jarratt, VA 23867).
