He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalee Sue Franklin Mitchell; and his parents, Byron Mitchell and Mildred Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, Doug Mitchell (Debbie), Bethany Mitchell and Darren Mitchell (Jonalyn); his grandchildren, Timothy Garris, Alyson Mitchell, Rebecca Mitchell, Bryan Mitchell and Jayden Mitchell; and his stepgranddaughter Brittany Higginbotham.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in his memory to Tim Tebow Foundation.
