He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Moore, and Fletcher Moore, Sr.; his wife Frances Geraldine Brown Moore; and his siblings, Gladys Taylor, Louise Taylor, Alice Blankenship, Margaret Grizzard, Effie Lifsey, Willard Moore and Fletcher Moore, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Harry Lynn Moore and Cathy Moore Lee; his son-in-law George M. Lee; his grandson Paul Everett Lee; his sisters, Inez Whitlow and Bernice Lewis; and his sister-in-law Mabel Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
