He is survived by: his children, Sherice Paige, Devin Eubanks (Kimberly) and Lauren Eddy; his grandchildren, Taylor Paige, Brooklyn Eubanks, Sydney Eubanks, Kyla Eddy, Mason Eubanks, Madisyn Eubanks, Trevor Eddy, Tyler Eddy and Kacey High; and his siblings, Edith Allen, Jack "Frost" Eubanks (Waltine), Mary Moore (Chris), Angeline Jackson, Barbara Allen, Debra Eubanks (Earl), Heidi Eubanks and Evelyn Carey (Orlando). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
