He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hall; his daughters, Angelia Page (Pete) and Jennifer Powers (Adam); the mother of his children Sue; his grandchildren, Indya Sadler (Lennon), Ethan Page, Natalee and Jack Powers; his sister Margaret Spradlin; his cousin Shirley Wright; Brian.
