She is survived by: her sons, Greg Chadwell (Marilyn), Kevin Chadwell (Charlotte), Craig Chadwell (Sally) and Kelly Chadwell (Brock Wampler); her grandchildren, Jennifer Kristin Chadwell (Jamie Sullivan), Thomas "Toby" Robert Chadwell (Marianne), Kari Ann Lett (Michael), Stacey Nicole DeHart (Joshua), Ariel Brooke Chadwell, Alyssa Bliss Chadwell (Amanda Murray), Lauren Kelli Chadwell and Arthur Lucas Chadwell (Alexis); her great grandchildren, Grace Chadwell, Freddie Chadwell, David Chadwell, Addyson DeHart, Mason Lett, Charlie Jo Bliss Price, Ayden Weaver, Averie Weaver, Carter Chadwell and Hudson Chadwell; her children, Ayden, Averie Weaver and Johanthan Weaver; her close friend Debbie Cheek; and her caregiver Denise Yeary.
