She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis Hatfield and Bonnie Hatfield; her husband Carl E. Gibson Sr.; her siblings, Carmen Brown and Eugene Hatfield; and her brother-in-law Don Cagle Lois.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheri McVay (Roy); her nephew Carl E. Gibson Jr.; her sister Lilian Cagle; her grandchildren, Michael McVay, Justin McVay and Cassandra Marcum; and her great grandchildren, Conner McVay, Sophia Greer and Kinsley Marcum.
