He is survived by: his mother Shirley Haynes Napier; his children, Steven Napier and Kayla Napier; the mother of his children Penny Napier; his siblings, Andy Napier of Ewing, VA, Randall Napier of Nashville, TN, Oscar Napier (Joan) of Ewing, VA, Judy Daniels of Harlan, KY, Sandy Napier of Crossville, AL and Janice Haynes-Daniels of Pineville, KY; his grandson Jordyn Wayne Napier; his aunt Betty Logan; and his uncles, Billie Ray Haynes (Vickie) and Jim Haynes (Teresa).
