She was predeceased by: her husband Dudley Rose; her parents, Homer Carl Lester and Cordie May Asbury Lester; and her siblings, Rodger Lee, Billy Harold, Darrell Randolph, Donnie, Lonnie Lester and Brenda Lester.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Simpson (Barry), Jeana Padon (Michael) and Richard Rose (Amber); her grandchildren, Ridge Rose, James Logan, Morgan Rose (Laura Lutz), Andria Hopson, Heidi Padgett, Georgia Hopson, Ryan Padon and Gabby Padon; and her siblings, Betty Duty, Alice Kinder, Bonnie Van Dyke and Danny Lester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
