She is survived by: her son Hilton Brooks Phillips, Jr. (Melanie); and her grandchildren, Shawn Phillips (Melissa), Joy Zuchel (Jody) and Brooks Phillips (Whitney). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Doughty Funeral Home (3117 Main St, Exmore, VA 23350).
