She is survived by: her husband Hermilo Perez; her children, Yarely Pineda, Jamilet Pineda, Jaylin Maldonado, Anthony Perez Maldonado, Sergio Perez Maldonado and Hermilo Jr. Perez Maldonado; her parents, Bolivar Maldonado and Ignacia Pineda Renteria; and her siblings, Salvador Maldonado, Israel Maldonado, Maritza Maldonado, Bolivar Maldonado and Jose Pineda. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
