She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Miller and Ida Miller (Golovato); her siblings, Reuben Miller and Nora Miller Brodow; and her husband Charles Zegelbone.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nan Zegelbone Arpino (Chris Morgan) and Lisa Zegelbone (Vito Febbraro); her grandchildren, Paul Arpino, Dane Arpino and Elena Febbraro; and her great grandchildren, Carra Smith, Serefina Arpino and Thearan Arpino.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Doughty Funeral Home (3117 Main St, Exmore, VA 23350).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosalie's honor to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, a cause close to the family's heart.
