He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bell and Katherine Smith Bell; his wife Jo Ann Bell; and his brother Morris Bell. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Eve Seay (Steve) and Stuart L. Bell; his stepchildren, Debbie Fisher (Harry), Ronnie Davis (Rachel) and Mark Davis (Ellie); his brother Waymon Bell (Mary Jennings); and his sister-in-law Diane Bell. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
