It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Jordan Rose of Fairfax Station, Virginia, who passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret "Mitzi" Rose and Richard Jordan "Dick" Rose; his brothers, David and Scott Rose; and his sister-in-law Del Rose.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jeannie Rose (Jasper Cooke), Robert Rose and Patty Rose; his granddaughters, Cecilia and Giselle Cooke; and his siblings, Carla Hundy (Pete Buranich), Julie Bobrow (Michael) and Craig Rose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association or Live Like Lou Foundation to support continued research for a cure for ALS.
