“I was so sad to hear of Allan's passing. I was fortunate to have worked with Allan as his personal trainer right up until COVID hit. I always looked forward to seeing him because he always gave 100% - even on the days when he wasn't feeling great. He would tell me how much good I was doing for him, but what he didn't know was how much of an ispiration he was to me.
