Andrew Falk Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 15, 2026, at the age of 39, Andrew Falk (Fairfax, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anne, George Macko, Lillian and John Falk. He is survived by: his parents, Jane Falk and Steven Falk; his sister Arwen Falk Tyler; his brother-in-law Trey Tyler; his aunts and uncles, Judy, Rick Mellon, Rhonda Macko, Chris Irwin, Glenna and Kevin Falk; and his pet Remy.
Memorial donations may be made to the Undiagnosed Disease Network (https://undiagnosed.hms.harvard.edu), in honor of Andrew's enduring spirit, with the hope of advancing care for people with undiagnosed, chronic, and complex medical conditions.
