She is survived by: her husband Russell Klosk; her daughters, Vivian and Lydia Klosk; her parents, Jack Ford and Audrey Ford; her parents-in-law, Donald and Laurie Gazzale; and her siblings, Denise Klein, Alison Calpas and Gregory Ford. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
