She is survived by: her children, Jean Marie (Rick Santiago) of Baltimore, MD, Claire (Barry Hargreaves) of Potomac Falls, VA, Gregory of Germantown, MD, Laura (Stephen Phillips) of Midlothian, VA, Matthew (Mary Beth) of Springfield, VA, Timothy (Jessica Yeo) of Arlington, VA and Sheila (Patrick Powell) of Falls Church, VA.; her grandchildren, Jack, Pitcher, Nicholas, Nate, Luke, Maria Cecilia, Grady, Noah, Daniel, Beckett, Sean, Lorelei, Zachary and Christopher; and her siblings, Jane Jakub Bundy, Michael and Louis Jakub. She is also survived by cousins, godchildren, nieces, and nephews.
