He was predeceased by : his father Charles Gerald Duffy, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Betty Duffy (Poston); his siblings, Patrick Duffy, Colleen Duffy Fortuno and Bonnie Duffy Bott; and his wife Susan Ann Duffy (Tyskowski).

A Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Leo Catholic Church (3700 Blenheim Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Park.
