He is survived by: his sister Julie Gilbertson Earthman (Glen); his niece Suzanne "Suni" Lore Mackall; his nephews, Brian Jeffrey Waple (Cindy) and Douglass Sorrel Mackall IV; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sorrel Myers Perka, Aminta Elizabeth Perka, Gunder Francis Perka, Sean William Waple and Brendan Robert Waple.
