He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patrick Cook and Edith Cook; his son Michael Cook (Keri Cook); his grandchildren, Kensley and Kennedy; his son Matthew Cook (Kristen Cook); his grandsons, Oliver and Hudson; and his son Marcus Cook (Libby Cook).
