It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Samuel Futoran of Fairfax, Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Futoran and Helen Futoran; his former wife Elizabeth Buswell Futoran; and his brother David. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Futoran (Gail) of Huntsville, AL, John Futoran (Alice) of Ventura, CA, Donald Futoran (Judy) of St. Louis, MO, Philip Futoran (Liisa) of Palm Harbor, FL, Rose Ann Futoran of Cocoa Beach, FL, Lorna Estep of Dayton Ohio and Dorothy May of Dayton Ohio; his children, Timothy Futoran (Anna) of Arlington, VA and Kelly Jenkins (Jake) of Fairfax, VA; his grandchildren, Norah, Daniel, Abigail and Katie; and his friends, Lucia Kear, Ledjane Makarowski and Yusufu Bah.
They all spent years caring for him generously, including throughout the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be directed to the McLean Presbyterian Church Deacon's Fund.
