He is survived by : his wife Patrice Waldron Dionot; his children, Christophe Dionot (Kristen Yarincik), Clarice Gutman (Ryan Gutman) and Laurent Dionot (Dana Dionot); his grandchildren, Aidan and Maya Dionot; his children, Annalisse Gutman, Kyla, Aubrey and Morgan; and his brothers, Jean-Louis Dionot (Austria), Thierry Dionot (France) and Pascal Dionot (Arizona). He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws, family, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 1st 2023 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032). A mass of christian burial will be held on Monday, October 2nd 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church (6720 Union Mill Rd, Clifton, VA 20124). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 2nd 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Park (4401 Burke Station Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).

It is an order of merit bestowed by the French Republic for outstanding contributions to agriculture.
