He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah and Emily; his wife Kerilyn Shottenkirk; his daughters, Chris Horton and Kile Thompson; his grandsons, Logan James, Luke Frederick Thompson, Zachary Ellis and Landon Noel Horton; his brother Randall Wellman; his sisters-in-law, Jeanine Wellman and Julie Beste; and his nieces, Suzanne O'Malley (Kevin) and Stacey Wellman.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Central Church of Christ (90 Waverly Ct, Martinsburg, WV 25403).
