She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Melton Norman, Susan Lorraine Kimec (Norman) and Gary Llewelyn Norman; her children, Kim Parker Hager (Marty Monroe Hager), Candice Parker Rinker (Timothy Lane Rinker) and Andrew Douglas Parker (Jennifer Elizabeth Parker); her grandchildren, Levi James Rinker, Cassandra Elizabeth Parker, Simon Jacob Rinker, Leah Jacqueline Hager, Samuel Benjamin Hager and Charles John Parker; her stepgranddaughters, Rachel Whitney Steinfeld (Leon George Steinfeld, III) and Hannah Rebekah Hager (Robb Patrick Soukup); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison Claire, Paxson Lee Steinfeld, Winifred Grace and Alice Elizabeth Hager Soukup.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Herndon United Methodist Church (701 Bennett St, Herndon, VA 20170). Visitation was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Park (9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
