She was predeceased by: her spouse R. C. Goins; her parents, Thomas Charles and Modena G. Cheslock; and her brother Ed. She is survived by: her sons, Richard and John (Brooke); her siblings, Paul (Delores) and Judy (Glenn); and her sister-in-law Karen.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
