John DeVoll Obituary
We announce the death of John DeVoll in Fairfax, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 91. John will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence DeVoll and Emily DeVoll; his siblings, Will and Marylin; his former wife Marlene Olive Mollett; and his wife Joyce.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark and Matt; his daughters-in-law, Liz and Sarah; his grandsons, Harrison and Carter; his siblings, Doug and Linda; and his stepchildren, Andy Esch, Victor Esch and Michelle Erker. He is also survived by spouses and children; and a large, loving extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Woods Episcopal Church (5911 Fairview Woods Dr, Fairfax Station, VA 22039).
