She was predeceased by: her parents, William Singleton and Esther Maxine Stevenson Singleton of Linton; her brothers, Billy (Evelyn Singleton) and Danny Singleton; her brothers-in-law, Ralph Fulford and Robert Bentheimer; and her aunts and uncles, Fern Gist, Alusta Bandy, Louise Higginbotham, Mildred Harvey, Clara Davis, Ann Fowler, Beatrice Stevenson, Edward Bud Stevenson and Earl Stevenson.
She is survived by: her husband Robert James Chalfont; her children, Robert Chalfont Jr., Judy Strang (William) and Joyce Chalfont-Hurst (Tracy); her grandchildren, Ian McCarthy, Rileigh McCarthy, Finnen Chalfont-Hurst and Aelwen Chalfont-Hurst; her great grandchildren, Elliot Hercules and Xavier Hercules; and her siblings, Eddie Singleton (Tina), Carol Fulford, Sandra Benthimer and Rhonda Tharp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
