We announce the death of Kathleen Mary Keighery of Fairfax, Virginia, who passed away on June 15, 2026, at the age of 62. Kathleen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She is survived by: her parents, Robert P. Keighery and Margaret A. Keighery; her children, Taylor Gregg, Danielle Wood and Ryan Buffoni; and her siblings, Sean Keighery, Deborah Orem, Laura Toelle and Bryan Keighery. She is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
