She was predeceased by: her parents, Khamphanh Simma and Khay Simma (Singharaj). She is survived by: her husband Viradone Kangnavong; and her children, Eddy, Kanett and Noy. She is also survived by four grandchildren and numbers other family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
