He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl H. Perkins and Lillian Bruce Perkins; his wife Nancy Jeanne Marks of Chicago; his brother Dr. John Bruce Perkins; his sister-in-law Dr. Patricia Mensel Perkins; his grandson Aaron Arthur Becker; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Lynn Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Scott Perkins (Donna J. Bobbish) of Clifton, Anne Margaret Perkins of St. Louis, Priscilla Perkins Moore (John C. Filippini) of Fairfax and John Samuel Perkins (Carmen) of Nixa, Missouri; his grandsons, Clayton Samuel Perkins (MacKenzie) and Austin James Perkins; his great grandchildren, Vincenzo Becker Pelletier, Essen Louise Perkins and Lachlan Samuel Perkins; and his nieces and nephews, Gail Perkins Johnsen, Andrew Perkins, Sarah Perkins Jackson and Stephen Allen Marks.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Episcopal Church (9220 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, VA 22066).
