She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harvey and Alma Harvey; her siblings, John "Puck" Harvey, Eva Guthrie, Ruth Lewis McCraw, Mabel Petitt and Charlotte Feltman; and her husband Alfred Leslie Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Gary Lewis; her daughter-in-law Gail Lewis (Seger); her granddaughters, Lisa Lewis, Jennifer Nelson (Matthew Nelson) and Katherine Lewis (Brian Tew); her great grandchildren, Nora and Titan; her godsons, Paul Gillum, Jr., Rick Haas, Steve Haas and Dave Shultz; and her friend Phil Poole. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and their children.
