With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nancy Lee Vavra of Fairfax, Virginia, born in Swissvale, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Vavra Sr.; her son Richard A. Vavra Jr.; and her children-in-law, Roni Sue Vavra and Darren Moseley. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
