He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Scott Williams, Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Williams. He is survived by: his parents, Scott C. Williams and Angela M. Millsap; his siblings, Kelsey T. W. Adams and Ramone Baker; and his grandparents, Bobby L. Millsap and Wanda J. Millsap. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
