He was predeceased by: his father Bob Bandy; and his son Jeffrey. He is survived by: his mother Mignon Bandy; his wife Melissa; his son Jack; his siblings, Celeste Carson (Barry Carson) and Michael Bandy; and his mother-in-law Carol Ratcliff. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
